18 kt yellow gold necklace polished heart and diamonds: characterized by a 1,8 cm x 1,5 cm yellow gold polished charm, on the inside two diamonds (0,05 ct). Total length 45 cm with reductions at 41 cm and 43 cm, polished chain and modern design clasp, triangle charm with Tavanti logo.
